Abstract The article is devoted to the complete design of an intelligent barrier that uses piezoelectric ceramic transducers as transmitter acoustic signal and a receiver. There relatively rich device base on market for these transducers. These are also not economically demanding. composed three identical bars. A continues wave rectangular generation used excitation converters transmitting side. receiving side more complex. from transducer first analog pre-processed converted logical values 0 or 1. Subsequently, signals processed in microcontroller system, evaluated possible alarm presence intruder signaled using display, light-emitting diode siren. display shows number alarms. Some intelligence added system by classifying potential intruder. functionality verified detail discussed.
